1.) When will I receive confirmation from my order?
You will receive an e-mail confirmation letting you know your order has been received by our office. After your order has shipped, you will receive another e-mail with the tracking number. You will be able to use the tracking number to view the status of your shipment from the time it leaves our warehouse until it arrives at your door. If you want to be sure you receive our e-mails, cut and paste sales@capridesigns.com into your address book. This will prevent our e-mails from getting blocked in your spam filter. 

2.) How do I cancel my order?
If you would like to cancel your order please call us. We will make every attempt to cancel your order depending on where it is in the ordering process. Please have your order number available when you call.

3.) How do I exchange or return an item?
All claims should be reported in writing via fax, email or mail to customer service dept. Within 7 days of receipt of merchandise.

4.) How do I change the shipping address for my order?
If you need to change the shipping address of your order and the order has not shipped please call us. Please have your order number available when you call.

5.) Do I have to give my credit card number when setting up an account?
No, you do not have to setup an account to browse for products. Setting up your account is part of the checkout process and a credit card is required to complete that process.

6.) How do I find my password if I have forgotten it?
If you provided an email address during your account setup you can request it to be emailed to you on by entering your email on Your Account Page.
