Minimum Order Requirements For A Custom Program:
Quantity requirements vary significantly from one product to the next, so please send us your ideas, including the product you need manufactured and what you need customized, and we can advise the minimum quantities accordingly. Depending on the item you’re looking for, a minimum order quantity can range anywhere from 200 pcs up to 5,000 pcs, so send us your details!
For any custom order (all categories EXCEPT FOR clear bags), the total minimum order value required is USD 5,000. Putting together a custom program can be a very time consuming process, so we are unable to offer any exceptions here.
Clear Bag Minimum Requirements:
Due to the current market demand for clear bags, we are able to offer the option of customized manufacturing with a smaller commitment.
For orders produced in conjunction with a standing Capri Designs purchase order, we are able to offer the following minimum unit quantities on our existing silhouettes:
Small Crossbody: 96 pcs
Large Crossbody: 80 pcs
Carryall Tote: 64 pcs
For orders produced as a standalone order, a total shipment G.W. of 140kg is required. To calculate what this means for a unit minimum, please see the weight breakdown below:
Small Crossbody: 48 pc = 13.8kg
Large Crossbody: 40 pc = 14.4kg
Carryall Tote: 16 pc = 12 kg
Production Lead Times:
Once any required development or pre-production sampling is approved, production lead times typically run anywhere between 45 days - 90 You will need to add an additional 5 - 10 days for air freight, or an additional 30 - 45 days for ocean freight.
Please send us your ideas, including the product you need manufactured and what you need customized, and we will work with you in order to arrange an accurate cost quotation.
For a design unique to the customer, we require a 50% Deposit with the order and a 50% Balance Payment due prior to factory departure with approved credit. For larger retail chains, please contact Capri Designs to discuss payment requirements.
We have our own internal inspection team who inspects all of our merchandise before departing the factory. We can meet any specific inspection requirements desired, from raw materials to in-line inspections to 3rd Party inspectors. Please let Capri Designs know your inspection requirements during the pricing stages.
We offer product testing with any commonly used 3rd party facility, including Bureau Veritas and Intertek. For customers wanting to perform product testing, at the time we’re arranging pricing, please just let us know what standards the product materials must meet, and what protocols you’d like tested for.
